According to Ms. Mỹ Lộc, alongside intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional intelligence (EI) is becoming increasingly important, especially in the age of technology, as artificial intelligence is gradually penetrating all aspects of human life. Therefore, the theme "Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace" of the workshop will address contemporary issues and provide valuable knowledge and experience for leaders, human resource managers, teachers, or individuals who need to enhance their understanding of emotional intelligence and its practical application in the workplace.
