IFI Participated in the Career Orientation and Enrollment Consultation Day 2024

On March 17th, 2024, the International Francophone Institute (IFI), Vietnam National University, Hanoi, participated in the Career Orientation and Enrollment Consultation Day 2024. This annual event, organized by Tuổi Trẻ Newspaper, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the General Department of Vocational Education (Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs), took place at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

The Admission Consultation and Career Orientation Day 2024 is an annual educational event that has been organized since 2003. It is a significant educational event that attracts high school students, parents, and educational institutions from Hanoi and many neighboring provinces to attend and gather information. IFI sent a team of career counseling staff, including teachers and lecturers, to provide the latest information on career choices, admission methods, training environments, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, study abroad options, and information about fields of study that students are interested in at IFI's consultation booth, helping them make decisions about choosing the right school and career path. IFI's consultation booth received considerable attention from high school students as well as parents, demonstrating the "hot" interest in fields related to digital transformation.

In 2024, IFI plans to enroll 200 students for 2 majors/programs: Digital Business (Code: 734.01.90) and Digital Communication & Marketing (Code: 732.01.11). IFI will consider applications through the following methods:

 

Method 1: Direct Admission

Method 2: Admission based on High School Transcript Results

Method 3: Admission based on the 2024 High School Graduation Exam Results

Method 4: Admission based on the "Competency Assessment" organized by Vietnam National University, Hanoi

Method 5: Admission based on results of other competency assessment exams

 

IFI's Bachelor's program in Digital Communication & Marketing aims to train human resources in the fields of communication, multimedia design, digital communication, and digital marketing. Upon completing the program, students will have the ability to design, develop, produce, and promote content to create digital media products, while also being able to manage projects and operations in the digital communication field. Additionally, students will acquire foundational knowledge and skills to implement digital marketing activities for organizations and enterprises.

 

The Bachelor's program in Digital Business provides students with core knowledge including general management and creative entrepreneurship (principles of management, accounting, economic law, payment systems, creative design thinking, entrepreneurship...); fundamental knowledge of business and international business (marketing, business strategy, business data analysis...); and also provides understanding of the application of technology in management and business (digital marketing, e-commerce, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in business, open data in business, programming...). With this orientation, the program aims to train high-quality human resources capable of working effectively in various diverse fields such as business and digital business, commerce and e-commerce, logistics, supply chains, banking, digital finance, companies operating in financial technology (Fintech)... or as independent consulting experts.

 

With over 30 years of training experience, IFI not only offers quality education programs but also provides practical choices for those who wish to work and study in a professional, friendly, multicultural environment with modern facilities. While maintaining its core foundation in Information Technology, since 2023, IFI has made significant strides by implementing Bachelor's programs in Digital Business and Digital Communication & Marketing according to international standards and high quality. This affirms IFI's spirit of "borderless creativity" and continues to reinforce the strategic direction of the institution to become a leading university education center of the French-speaking community in the region and globally.
