First meeting of 2023 with Master's students at IFI

The Board of Directors participating included Mr. Phùng Danh Thắng, Director; Mr. Hồ Tường Vinh, Vice President of Scientific and Academic Council; Mr. Đào Tùng, Head of Scientific Management and Cooperation for Development Department. Also, the meeting gathered alumni and students of Master's programs at the IFI.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phùng Danh Thắng sent his Tết greetings to all students and disclosed IFI's next plans for 2023. Mr. Thắng also hoped with a large network of students from many countries around the world, the IFI will continue to consolidate its position as a high-quality, friendly, and culturally diverse educational and training institution.

After watching the video introducing the history and key activities of IFI in 2022, the Board of Directors and all IFI students toasted to celebrate the New Year. Following the program was the song "Sweet name" performed by student Ibanzi Kilongo Christian from the Master of IT program, majoring in Intelligent Systems and Multimedia (SIM).

Vietnamese and international students took part in a quiz game about the history of the IFI during its development. This year is an important year for Vietnam National University and the IFI, marking the 30th anniversary of its establishment (1993-2023). Five students with the fastest and correct answers won the game. In addition, other students also received some presents from an exciting lucky draw.

 

On behalf of the students, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Kiều Anh from the Master's program of Banking, Finance, and Financial Technology (Fintech) expressed her gratitude to the Board of Directors for organizing a meaningful meeting, and at the same time wished all the faculty and students a new year of good health, luck, and success.

The meeting took place in a warm, intimate, and fun atmosphere. This was an opportunity to share accomplishments and look forward to a promising new journey. The meeting ended in a joyful atmosphere and full of laughter signaling a successful new year.
