Franconomics-2024: "Renewable Energy: Scenario For A Green Future"

The energy transition refers to all the transformations of the energy production, distribution and consumption system carried out in a territory with the aim of making it more ecological. In fact, it consists of moving from an energy system mainly based on fossil and polluting energy to a system based on renewable, carbon-free and less polluting energy.
At the recent 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28), at least 80 countries, including the United States, the European Union and many developing countries and countries that are vulnerable to climate change, had proposed to “gradually reduce/eliminate” the use of fossil fuels in the draft climate change action plan.

Previously, at COP 26, the Vietnamese government made a strong commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. This commitment posed many challenges for the Vietnamese energy industry. The State strategy on “The fight against climate change by 2050” focuses mainly on energy conversion and the reduction of emissions, with priority given to the field of renewable energy. Issues related to the development of green, renewable energy and the application technological to the energy industry to ward the service social and environmentally friendly goals are prioritized to create a new future for the energy sector.

The development of renewable energy not only aims to reduce emissions and environmental pollution; to save natural resources; to reduce pressure on natural resources such as oil, coal and gas, but also to guarantee stable national and regional energy security; to stabilize energy prices; and to create employment opportunities, etc.

For the purpose of discussing, sharing research results, experience and academic profession regarding digital humanities and related aspects, The Organization Committee of Franconimics-2024 cordially invites scientists, researchers, specialists, lecturers… to participate and contribute content to the conference. Quality papers will be posted in the DAAS-2024 Proceedings of Diderot Advanced Academic Seminars (number ISBN and ISSN 2734-9969), and outstanding papers will be published in the Francophonie in Asia-Pacific Science Publication (international ISBN and ISSN 2525-2488).
