Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Vietnam visits IFI
On June 25, 2020, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Vietnam, Mr. Anar Imanov, and his delegation had a meeting with IFI. The delegation included Mr. Tamerlan Khalilov, Counselor; Mr. Emin Nadirov, Attache, and Mr. Le Nguyen Bach, Assistant to Ambassador.

Welcoming the delegation, IFI includes Dr. Ngô Tự Lập, Director / President of Scientific and Academic Council; Dr. Đào Tùng, Director of Department of Scientific Research & Cooperation for Development (IFI-Coop); Dr. Phùng Danh Thắng, Director of Center for Consulting and Technology Transfer (IFI-Brain).

At the meeting, the two sides focused on the cooperation opportunities between IFI and the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Vietnam. Ambassador Anar Imanov agreed to introduce partners to IFI, such as research institutes, universities, and businesses in Azerbaijan.

Dr. Ngô Tự Lập expressed his thanks for the support of the Ambassador and invited representatives of the Embassy as well as potential partners of Azerbaijan to attend the 2nd Franconomics International Forum 2020. In addition, Dr. Lập also shared exchange opportunities for students and faculties between IFI and Azerbaijan; cooperation opportunities in the field of entrepreneurship; especially in researching and writing historical books, making documentaries on the close relationship between Vietnam and Azerbaijan.

The two sides also agreed to hold follow-up meetings to discuss cooperation issues in the shortest time.
